Ultimately, it was apparent that the valves needed to be replaced, and he installed new ones. Now, the washer no longer leaks and is working great! Thank you!Our washing machine was periodically leaking from the detergent dispenser. The technician thoroughly examined the dispenser and the mechanics of the water flow. He determined that the high water pressure was causing the leaking. He did not recommend reducing the water pressure. Instead he recommended that we flip up a moveable part in the dispenser, which will enable the water to drain faster and not leak.
